## Questions

### Can I try it for free?

Yes. Sign up with your phone number and get 60 credits, enough for about 15 images or a video preview. No subscription, no commitment.

### Do I need to write prompts in English?

No. Write in Hebrew and we translate to English behind the scenes for the models that work better in English. Words you put in quotes stay in Hebrew, so they appear that way in the picture.

### What is a credit?

Credits are how you pay for each generation. One credit is ₪0.10, VAT included. Every Create button shows its cost before you press it: an image takes 1 to 9 credits, and a 5-second Seedance 2.5 video at 720p takes 77.

### Do credits expire?

Credits you buy in a pack never expire. Gift and promotion credits can, and we always say when, up front.

### How do I pay?

In shekels, with Bit, Apple Pay or a credit card, through an Israeli payment provider. Every payment gets a tax invoice with VAT.

### Can I cancel?

Yes, in one click, whenever you like. Billing stops within 3 business days, and your pack credits stay yours.

### What happens if a generation fails?

Every job is saved and retried. If it still fails, its credits go back to your account automatically.

### Is there a team account?

Yes. The Business plan is ₪199 per seat a month, and the team shares credits and a brand kit. Invoices go out in the business's name.
